SEOUL, South Korea (AP) ? Fresh from its $1 billion court defeat, South Korea's Samsung says Apple is resorting to litigation over market competition in an effort to limit consumer choice.
Last month, a jury in California found Samsung had copied Apple Inc.'s design innovations.
On Friday, the iPhone maker said it wanted to add four more Samsung products to the list of patent-infringing goods, including the Galaxy S III and the Galaxy Note. This brings to 21 the number of Samsung products Apple wants pulled from U.S. stores.
Samsung said Saturday it will take necessary legal measures to make sure its products are available for American consumers.
