Claire Urry, Executive Director of the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) and Sector-Lead on Food & Drink, will give a briefing on entering the Chinese Food & Drink market.

Claire will have just returned from attending China?s biggest Food & Drink fair, FHC China, Shanghai. Topics of her presentation will include: Chinese market trends for imported food products, import requirements, certification and labelling.


Susie Walker, Director of Corporate Tax at Johnston Carmichael will address the international, VAT and Corporate Tax aspects related to doing business in China. Her agenda will cover tax issues relating from initial market testing, export sales, establishing a Permanent Establishment and finally establishing a business presence in China
